Resolves Yes if the Velogames fantasy cycling game/site/competition continually exists through the 2033 UCI cycling season.
It has to run scored competitions covering at least 5 events in the 2033 season at the highest level of professional cycling (currently WorldTour).
If it has everything except the TDF, or some kind of argument with a promotion, but still generally 'exists', we will still resolve Yes.
Resolves No if they completely shut down, or exist as an archive website but don't actually run the competitions.
There are innumerable things that could happen between now and 2033, with buyouts, mergers, sales, splits, etc. The spirit of the question is basically if someone could still say "Here is my Velogames entry". Even if the site is not actually called Velogames. There should be a clear lineage to the current site and any transfers of that lineage should be blessed by the previous owner or the community as a whole.
If Velogames completely ceases for one calendar year or fails to run scoring of 5 WT-level races in one year, resolves No without waiting until 2033.
