Resolves Yes if one UCI road cycling race takes place with both the start and finish in the Netherlands on or after 1 January 2025 and before 1 September 2025.
The race must be sanctioned by the UCI and appear on UCI results for road racing. Normally these would be events with classifications like .2, .1, .Pro, .WT, .WWT, etc.
For the purposes of this question, a national championship event does not count, even though it is a UCI race. Also, individual time trials and team time trials do not count. Only 'road races'.
Resolves No on 1 September 2025 if no such race has taken place.

Looks like there have now been several canceled races in Netherlands but some actually did happen, so this resolves Yes:
2025-03-08 Ster van Zwolle (1.2) canceled
2025-03-09 Dorpenomloop Rupchen (1.2) happened
2025-03-15 Elfstedenrace (2.1) canceled
2025-03-26 Olympia's Tour (2.2) happened
2025-04-05 Volta Limburg Classic (1.2 WE) happened
2025-04-05 Volta NXT Classic (1.1) happened
2025-04-20 Amstel Gold Ladies (1.WWT) happened
2025-04-20 Amstel Gold (1.WT) happened
So there have been several canceled races but the hype from January was obviously oberblown and numerous races have happened, even at a low level like .2.
Context:
Basically, it seems like all the motorcycle police hours are being taken up by a 2 day NATO event, causing them to have no hours from January through August.
