GCN has published something that tries to imply Pauline Ferrand-Prevot would like to ride for INEOS Grenadiers on the road in 2025.
Her contract seems to actually end after 2024.

For this question to resolve Yes, the INEOS sporting organization would need to either own a womens team (with any sponsors), or be a title sponsor of a womens team (even if they don't own it). So, they could work with an existing womens team to build the bones of the structure, or start totally from scratch like EF Education - Cannondale did this year.
The team needs to be announced with the INEOS name by the end of 2024. If the INEOS mens team changes its name, the related womens team could also take the new name instead of needing to be exactly "INEOS". It has to be a UCI-registered team (Continental or Womens WorldTeam)
The market can resolve Yes as soon as the team has officially announced 5 riders signed and also at least 1 staff member. If it is a sponsorship of an existing team, then it can also resolve on announcement.
The market can resolve No after 1 December 2024 if there is no news of an imminent INEOS womens team.
The market can resolve No after 1 November 2024 if Pauline Ferrand-Prevot has already been announced as signing for a different team and there is no news of an imminent INEOS womens team.
