Resolves Yes if the 2026 Vuelta a Espana has 20 non-canceled stages and each stage has a stage winner announced by the race organization or on official timing provider results.

Resolves No if there have not been 20 stages with a winner, by 30 September 2026.

Stage 3 was already canceled and there are plans for 18 more stages if you have any questions ask.
