It does NOT need to happen before the end of the tournament. If he is retroactively disqualified before the last day of the year, resolves Yes.

It has to affect the final results of this specific event, not something else. If he is caught cheating in some other way but it doesn't affect the results of this event in any way, resolves No.

If nothing happens, resolves No after 2023 is over.
