The gap needs to be shown on screen with the main peloton at least 15 minutes behind the race leader. The main peloton for the purposes of this question is the group of the yellow jersey OR if the yellow jersey is dropped, the group with most GC contenders.
If there is some disputed scenario I will just rule using my best judgement.
