Any rider awarded the ciclamino points jersey at the podium presentation after a stage in the 2024 Giro d'Italia resolves Yes promptly. Any rider who is not awarded the ciclamino points jersey by the conclusion of the race's final podium presentation resolves No.

If a rider wears the ciclamino jersey in a stage but was not awarded it on the podium as the 'backup' rider from 2nd/3rd/whatever place, that does NOT count to resolve Yes. But if the original holder is DNS or DSQ between the prior day's podium and the start of the next stage, and a new rider rightfully wears it as the leader, that would resolve Yes promptly.
