This concerns all 1.UWT and 2.UWT events in the 2024 UCI season.

A win in a 1.UWT, a stage in a 2.UWT, or a GC in a 2.UWT all count as one win.

No other events count.

If the race is a team time trial, no fractional win is earned, it is just zero.

If there is some kind of disqualification, relegation, etc., we will resolve as soon as the person reaches 5 wins, later action against them won't re-resolve.

If there is some kind of tie or shared win, they probably each get credited with 1 full win point, but we will look at it on a case-by-case basis.
