There has been considerable debate over whether Tashkent City Women Professional Cycling Team should be allowed to participate, but they met the criteria for an automatic invitation. They have had a lot of DNFs in some other races this season.

All eyes on Yanina Kuskova ๐Ÿ‘€ I don't have any idea who she is or what she has done in the past, but she has finished the Olympic Road Race and the Giro in a phenomenal 85th place (out of 102 )

She has been the best rider on the team the whole year. I think she can finish the race but it's not a guarantee.

Out of everyone on the team, she's probably the one who could actually go onto a 'real' team at some point.
