This question is regarding the local government for whatever place you live. In the USA that might be a "city council" or some type of "board" or "commissioners" or any number of other names. For other places in the world you can probably figure out your equivalent.

Did you go to their meeting in person to observe? Did you watch a live stream online or call in to a phone conference?

Or did you never do this and you just read the minutes after each meeting?
