Will the popular initiative "Initiative for a 13th OASI pension payment" be accepted in the popular vote?
Resolves YES if accepted, NO if rejected.

TLDR: This initiative, if accepted, will provide a 13th pension payment each year to retired people, as opposed to the current 12 payments (so overall, retired people would earn an additional 1/12 of their current pension income, considering only OASI and not other mechanisms).
