@ElPepe Any updated comment? Did he "get traded" in the sense intended by the market, even if the trade didn't go through?

@EvanDaniel @traders Mods are going to leave this one as-is. It's up to the market creator if they want to re-interpret based on facts that happened after the market resolution.

@ElPepe if you need it re-resolved ping the mods again.

For creators of markets: It is important to think about this type of situation and put it in your market criteria. Be proactive so traders can know what to expect.

Ravens just backed out of the trade

@halo re-resolve!! lol @ElPepe

Why does this keep getting bet down? Crosby has been traded already. This has happened and can be resolved.

opened a Ṁ250 YES at 89% order

@Zeolite I think technically no player can be traded until March 11, but I think the reported trade is sufficient for YES here. @ElPepe

@travis Yeah, but if that affected resolution here then this market would be awful lol

@travis @mods i think this is ambiguous. trade was reported march 6th but is set to happen march 11th. please resolve n/a, thanks (:

@XCorporation Your interpretion of the market would mean the market could literally never resolve Yes. Since the creator made the market at all, it should be clear that trade announcements made prior to the new league year would be sufficient and clearly meet the intention of the market creator. These preannounced trades happen every year and are official for all intensive purposes. Crosby has literally already physically arrived in Baltimore.

@XCorporation I would recommend asking questions to clarify ambiguity before trading. Either interpretation seems reasonable on its face, so I see no reason to overrule the creator on their choice of interpretation.

@EvanDaniel Since the trade fell through, it should be re-resolved NO. But I guess it's still the creator's decision.

@travis that is more complicated...
