A previous market on whether it would be successfully funded has resolved YES, based on this crossing its minimum threshold.

Precommitments and clarifications:

In the past many kickstarters have used additional secondary BackerKit funds to count towards kickstarter goals. If that happens during the run of this Kickstarter, I'll use my judgement, but I'm inclined to include any balances of such in the overall total for resolution purposes, as the intent, ultimately is to determine whether this is going to be "fully" funded. If the amount needed from such funding sources is > 10% of the final total, and that difference was required to push it over the threshold, then I reserve the right to resolve to N/A or PROB.

If the funding goal is reached, by the ticker on Kickstarter before the end of the actual Kickstarter, this will Resolve YES, even if eventually takes action to prevent the collection of funds.

The intention of these clarifications is to allow the early termination of this market and to as cleanly as possible define edge cases.
