I've been hooked for a while now, quitting is extremely difficult for me, and I'm hoping to quit right after I finish the book.
I'll resolve this on the 4th of December, a month after starting the book. At my current rate I will finish the book on the 19th of November, with two days of buffer, lets say the 20th. This leaves me exactly Two weeks to stay clean till the resolution date.
Will resolve as NO if I have a single vape from the 21 of November to 4th of December. Otherwise it's a YES.
Will keep updating description with details. Currently on chapter 8 out of 20.
Looks promising.

@shankypanky The premise of the book is "vape as you would usually vape, we'll let you know when to stop". So you keep vaping while they pretty much debunk every myth you have about vaping and why you're addicted. Some examples of the myths they debunk are:
- Vaping an enjoyable activity
- Using willpower to quit is a valid option
- You need vaping in your life as a crutch
- You can't quit because of your addictive personality
- etc.
Once they're done debunking everything, they tell you to quit (not there yet).
So currently there's no real health benefits I'm seeing, but I am starting to see my vaping in a different light.
Regarding what motivates me more, probably proving people wrong, but I don't want people betting just to motivate me cause in that case if they succeed I punish them by taking their mana, which is a weird way to thank someone.
@mattyb I'll resolve this in a month. Two weeks for reading the book, two weeks totally clean.
