DOJ says they will wait until after the election to reveal any charges filed against Trump, although they might file charges under seal before the election. Will this question resolve positively if charges are filed under seal before 9/11 but not revealed until after the election?

What if instead of raiding Trump’s home on suspicion of ”documents of mass destruction” , they indicted the “experts” leaking details of an ongoing investigation 🤔
