Will the U.S. government make any moves in favor of permanent Daylight Savings Time by the end of 2024?

In March 2022 the Sunshine Protection Act, which would enact permanent a Daylight Savings clock schedule unanimously passed the Senate. It seemed like there was some momentum for what many people have been hoping for for a long time, considering the burdens of nightfall occuring so early during winter months.

•Resolves to YES if the U.S. government passes any legislation that gives individual states the ability to adopt permanent DST

•Resolves to YES if the U.S. government somehow passes legislation that standardizes permanent DST nationwide

•Resolves to NO if none of the above are met

AFAICT there hasn't been any legislation on this front so this should resolve to NO.

In March 2022 the Sunshine Protection Act, which would enact permanent a Daylight Savings clock schedule unanimously passed the Senate.

I should note that this only happened because some senators were not properly notified that there was an attempt to pass it by unanimous consent.
