TO BE CLEAR .... Yes = Flight Termination System used.
No = All other scenarios
Resolves YES: https://www.spacex.com/launches/mission/?missionId=starship-flight-2
The flight test’s conclusion came when telemetry was lost near the end of second stage burn prior to engine cutoff after more than eight minutes of flight. The team verified a safe command destruct was appropriately triggered based on available vehicle performance data.
@Mqrius Technically it would be four booms cause after separation SHB9 and starship have there own fts’
@DeeMan I don't understand what you're talking about to be honest, so I won't bet on this market. If you can describe the resolution criteria in straightforward language, ideally without saying "boom" or using all caps, then I'd reconsider!
@DeeMan I meant in the description of the market. I don't really understand what you mean when you say "boom", so I'd prefer a description that doesn't mention that.
Do you mean for this market to be "Yes" if FTS happens before stage separation, and "No" in every other case?
@DeeMan Yeah, better. Is the market also Yes if the FTS is only used for the booster and not for the ship? Or only for the Ship and not for the booster?
