Will resolve as no if they decrease the percentage of initial shares offered to retail or retail investors don’t buy them all. Will resolve to yes if they decrease the overall percent of the company offered or the offering price but keep the percent to retail the same
Description is at odds with the title.
There were retail offers to buy $100B worth when only a maximum of $75B * 30% were being offered. So retail allocation is fully subscribed.
Seems like institutional investors were even more oversubscribed and % offered to retail investors was actually 20% to 30% and they reduced retail investors share to a number in the low twenties %.
So retail allocation is fully subscribed but the description doesn't match what I see as the intent to see if it is oversubscribed.
They haven't really decrease the percentage of initial shares offered to retail from the 20% to 30% range. So the description is possibly difficult to interpret
@DavidSilin What is your view on this?
@ChristopherRandles I intended it to be resolve to yes only if retail got 30% and fully subscribed, but seems there was confusion so I’ll N.A. it
