This will resolve YES if you can interact with a user using ActivityPub (e.g. Mastodon) from ATP (e.g. Bluesky) and vice versa, either natively or via bridges. This includes being able to follow them, read their posts, reply to them, like them and repost them.

If bridges are allowed, then it isn't about ActivityPub anymore. You can bridge Twitter and postman-delivered daily paper if you want.
