Following his March 2025 Truth Social post labeling Tesla vandalism as "domestic terrorism" and threatening to send perpetrators to El Salvador, Donald Trump reignited debate over harsh penalties for property crime. If he is elected President in 2024 and gains authority over law enforcement actions, will he follow through?
This market resolves YES if any person charged or convicted in relation to vandalism of Tesla property is extradited, deported, or otherwise sent to El Salvador under Trump's direction or order before January 1st, 2026.
"Sent to El Salvador" includes transfer to El Salvador for detention, imprisonment, or punishment in a government-recognized legal or punitive capacity. It does not include voluntary relocation, independent travel, or unrelated deportation.
Resolves NO if this does not happen by the resolution date, or if Trump does not regain presidential office by then.
Resolution Date: January 1st, 2026
@Quroe It is pretty doomer... Its doesn't seem that much more of step given the other cases sent so far though...
