Resolves YES if employees that are not fully remote have to come into the office to keep hybrid/in-office status. NO otherwise. Must be a general policy that impacts the majority of employees to qualify (eg, specific teams/roles don't count).
I'll exclude obscenely low requirements like "once a year, just for legal reasons".
