Will DACA be struck down by the US judicial system?

Following a recent ruling by a federal judge that DACA is illegal, "the government is almost certain to appeal the decision to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, experts said, and the case is likely to end up in the Supreme Court."

This market will resolve whenever a final judgement is rendered by the US judicial system on DACA. That could be final decision by SCOTUS, SCOTUS denying certiorari, or the Biden administration deciding not to appeal a decision.

If DACA is ruled unlawful, this question resolves YES.

If DACA is allowed to continue, this question resolves NO.

The Biden administration has tweaked DACA in attempts to make it more likely to survive court challenges. I won't attempt to define every edge case on whether it could change enough to no longer be considered DACA, but if media or the court decision still refers to the program as DACA I will defer to that. I won't bet in this market.
