This should probably resolve N/A in my opinion since the title and description are directly contradictory

@Conflux What it means is that, if Elon Musk stops being the CEO , but then beocmes the CEO again before the end of 2023, it resolves YES. Otherwise, it resolves NO. (At least, that's how I interpreted it).

Title is opposite of description. Please clarify.

10% seems like a low price for a bet on "Is Elon Musk making a joke on Twitter" and/or "Will he change his mind about a big decision in the next six and a half months?"
