The minimum barrier for what counts as "crying" would be like getting misty-eyed, a snuffle, wiping a tear. Anything less than that probably wouldn't count, but I'm going to abstain from predicting in this market and I'll use my best judgement as to whether it counts as crying or not, if it's a close call.
