@Mirek how does this resolve if there is a ban is in 2024 - does this resolve YES, or does it stay open until 2025, and if the latter, does it resolve YES on the ban simply being in effect in 2025, or does it need the ban to be reversed and then re-implelemented in 2025?
I.e. which of the following do you mean?
Ban implemented before 2026
Ban implemented in 2025
Ban in effect in 2025 (whether implemented earlier or not)
And if the latter, does it need to be in effect for all of 2025, or only some of it?
