Sometimes market creators post updates / clarifications in the comments, but they get buried so they're hard to find. Many have suggested that Manifold implement some way for creators to pin comments so they always appear at the top by default. (This could also be used to pin any comments that are particularly helpful or clever.)

Will Manifold do this by 6pm PT on October 31? If it's debatable whether a feature counts as pinning comments, I will use my best judgement.
