I received 2.5 college points (the most of anyone) during the first meeting of the ""college advice""" club, run by @JoshuaB, @egyweva, and Tom. Tom told me that if I got 10 college points I could get into any college I want (and he would """"never""" lie to me). Will I in fact have 10 college points at the end of Block 4?

am assuming that my college points will be decided fully based on merit and certainly not to manipulate this market
