This Rolling Stone article lists eight journalists banned from Twitter yesterday. Allegedly the bans were for endangering Elon Musk's family, but the consensus is that they were simply for criticizing Musk, which goes against his promise that "even my worst critics remain on Twitter, because that is what free speech means". Musk has tweeted this poll:
Anyway, these are the journalists:
Ryan Mac (New York Times)
Drew Harwell (Washington Post)
Matt Binder (Mashable)
Donie O'Sullivan (CNN)
Micah Lee (The Intercept)
Keith Olbermann (independent journalist)
Aaron Rupar (independent journalist)
Tony Webster (freelance journalist)
Will a majority (5/8 or more) have their Twitter accounts unbanned such that their profiles are viewable on December 23, 2022, 8 days after that poll was posted?
