Resolves PROB if I don’t submit, since N/A may be distortionary (I may use this market as a factor in deciding whether I submit). The chance I submit is high enough that this isn’t just whalebait.

does this mean he'd promote to finalist only some of the mentions he already made? which means Conflux could promote to Mention but not to Finalist?
