Will there be widespread long queues for fuel at gas stations in Moscow before the 1st of November?
The cause must be a fuel shortage. Queues caused by promotional offers do not count. Dubious sources will be ignored - if this happens, most big news outlets should pick it up anyway

@MaxA That is true. I think that this happening in Moscow would be a huge sign for things going seriously wrong in the whole country. Moscow will be the last location where this will be felt.
