This market resolves based on the cumulative performance of each eligible Best Picture contender across three metrics:

1. Letterboxd rating (as of March 15, 2026 — the date of the 98th Academy Awards)

2. Metacritic score (as of March 15, 2026)

3. Domestic box office gross (as of March 15, 2026)

Each film will be ranked 1st to Nth in each category. The top film in a category earns N points, the next earns N-1, and so on. The movie with the highest combined total will be considered the winner.

Tiebreakers (in order):

1. Higher domestic box office

2. Higher Metacritic score

3. Higher Letterboxd rating

Eligibility:

• Only films released on or after September 29, 2025 are eligible.

• Film must receive a Best Picture nomination.

• New answer options added to the market must meet this release-date and nomination requirement or will be resolved N/A.
