@ClubmasterTransparent Trump Media & Technology Group Corp, which owns Truth Social, is already trading on the Nasdaq and has done so for a long time

Yes, but does that matter?
Digital World Acquisition Corporation (DWAC), the special-purpose acquisition company formed to fund Truth Social's parent company TMTG and take it public, disclosed in October 2023 that it was refunding to investors the $1 billion it had raised for TMTG.[19] A November 2023 financial disclosure by DWAC indicated that Truth Social had made a cumulative loss of at least $31.5 million since its inception.[20] In March 2024, DWAC shareholders voted to merge with TMTG, with the merged company trading on NASDAQ under the stock ticker DJT

So AFAICS
Trump Media & Technology Group Corp NASDAQ: DJT
operates Truth Social

TMTG is a parent company so it could own a company that operates truth social but the financial statements seem to indicate "TMTG operates Truth Social" rather than owning a company that operates it.

SO AFAICT and this is as much 'trading on NASDAQ' as you can get.

Question was created 29 Mar 2024 this is after
"it went public on March 26, 2024, after merging with Digital World Acquisition Corp"

So it happened before the question was created and I think question should probably be interpreted as will it [continue to] trade on NASDAQ on (or maybe until) March 29th 2026. I think this rules out resolving it yes now on a has it happened by basis.

@ClubmasterTransparent do you agree?

Also do you want to clarify if there is a temporary suspension and then it trades again on (or before and on) March 29 2026, does that resolve yes or no?

Accounts to Dec 2024 show
670m in cash and short term investments
400m loss for year. (225m of this is "Change in fair value of derivative liabilities" which could be one off thing re floatation rather than an item expected to regularly recur, but not done much research on this so not sure about that.)

Even if that is not a one off, that allows 20 month of continuing losses before further "investment"/cash injection needed.

So It seems unlikely to collapse / be delisted / taken private within 15 months of those accounts. Can never be completely certain but should be higher than 60% I think.

Does DJT count?
