Will Tesla and Intel announce a formal partnership agreement for manufacturing Tesla's AI5 or AI6 chips before June 30, 2026?
Context: On November 6, 2025, Elon Musk publicly stated Tesla is considering working with Intel to produce its fifth-generation AI chips. Musk said "We haven't signed any deal, but it's probably worth having discussions with Intel." Intel has been actively seeking major customers for its Intel Foundry Services and advanced 18A process node.
Resolution: This market resolves YES if Tesla and Intel jointly announce a formal partnership agreement (press release, SEC filing, or official statement from both companies) for manufacturing Tesla's AI chips. The announcement must explicitly state the partnership is for AI chip fabrication. Rumors or speculation do not count.

Intel is proud to join the Terafab project with
@SpaceX, @xAI, and @Tesla to help refactor silicon fab technology. Our ability to design, fabricate, and package ultra-high-performance chips at scale will help accelerate Terafab’s aim to produce 1 TW/year of compute to power future advances in AI and robotics. It was fun hosting
@elonmusk at Intel this past weekend!
Seems to satisfy all requirements AFAICS
