The Oct 17, 2026 day counts (the Ministry's current figure is 550,000, so it would only count if officially revised above 1,000,000). Organizers' or unions' figures do not count; if the Ministry publishes no figure, police figures reported by AFP are used. Resolves NO otherwise. The market closes before the result is public.
