My brother has a wedding on October 3rd, in Canada. I am a Canadian citizen (born there) living as a permanent resident in the US. My passport is expired, and in order to make it to the wedding, I need to get it renewed and shipped to me in time. I've sent my passport application form and associated materials to my brother, who will likely receive it tomorrow, and apply in person as a third party for me. If possible, he'll try to expedite it, pick it up in person himself, and mail it to me directly. This market resolves YES if I can successfully attend the wedding in person (presumably by recieving my passport on time), NO if I cannot.
