Proportional representation legislation means any legislation that would cause the next federal election to be held under a system other than first-past-the-post. This question will resolve YES once the legislation is passed by parliament (before royal assent), NO at 00:00 on the next federal election day, N/A if for some reason the Parliament of Canada stops existing.
