RESOLVES YES if, on or before 23:59 UTC July 31, 2026, Google publicly releases a model marketed as 'Gemini 3.5' (any variant: Pro, Flash, Ultra, etc.) and makes it available via at least one of: AI Studio, Vertex AI, Gemini API, or the consumer Gemini app. RESOLVES NO if no Gemini 3.5 release by the deadline. Pre-announcements, blog teasers, or 'coming soon' pages without actual access do NOT count. The model must be usable by external developers or users.
