This is a multi-winner market. Each listed player option resolves YES if the player is on Brazil’s FIFA “Final Release List” (23–26 players) at the Roster Lock Time defined by FIFA; otherwise it resolves NO.

Goalkeeper exception (important):

FIFA rules allow a listed goalkeeper to be replaced at any time during the final competition in case of serious injury/illness. For this market, we IGNORE any goalkeeper replacements that occur after the Roster Lock Time. In other words: goalkeeper outcomes are settled based on who is listed at lock time, even if a goalkeeper is later replaced during the tournament.

Pre-lock changes:

If a player is initially named on the "Final Release List" but is replaced due to serious injury/illness before the Roster Lock Time, the market follows the latest official final list as of lock time (so that player would resolve NO, and the replacement would resolve YES).
