Resolves YES if on the close date, there is a website (Either Google Maps or otherwise) where I can get a street-view-like experience for a few randomly selected locations in New York City but where the navigation is "smooth". Rather than clicking forward and jumping several feet to a new location, I must be able to use the keyboard or mouse to navigate the streets in the area moving continuously as if the camera view were attached to a drone (although it's ok if the drone is restricted to one degree of motion).
