Additional Context:

  • Been working out pretty solidly for several months now (weight training)

  • Have started to incorporate Aerobic workouts (rowing machine) on off days

  • Have moved to a 4 day a week program

  • Have started to track Macros

  • I'll check in weekly as to any changes.
