Other DLC like HL alyx don't count, it can be called something else (not HL 3 necessarily) as long as it's very similar to the original game and made by Valve

HL Alyx wasn't dlc. Do you not count it because it's a prequel of HL2 rather than continuing the story? Or is it because it's a vr game?

If half life 3 is announced (using that nomenclature) and it's only available for vr how would this market resolve?

@Samaritan because it's a prequel and also because it's a VR only game. The story was about something else with a different character as well

if the game is an only VR game that won't count. If it's PC (or console) and VR then that counts
