Resolution criteria:
This market will resolve to "Yes" if, before the end of 2025, any official action is taken to revoke or initiate the revocation of Harvard University's tax-exempt status. This includes, but is not limited to, formal requests to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or other relevant authorities to review or rescind Harvard's tax-exempt designation. The market will resolve to "No" if no such actions are taken during the Trump administration. This market is only about a serious official attempt to remove this tax-exempt status and is not contingent on a successful defense of the policy in court.
