I think we are close to 70 total so far after two of four expected indictments.

This news should decrease the market probability I expect (at least a bit)

If this is legit, that's a lot of charges... 39. Looks like 78 (from first three) +39 = 117 if all of them get signed off by the grand jury. Increasing YES bet.

Edit:Looks like 13 in the indictment 78 + 13 = 91
It's possible that there might be another indictment in another state (but none seem likely right now) or another superseding indictment where more gets piled on but I don't think its likely any more that he'll reach 100 before the year is out based on the current news.

CNN has the total the same presently (91) so it’s good to confirm my math

@parhizj In case anyone was interested that initial document posted by accident on the day of the indictment was a "work sample" that got posted by accident as part of the preparation for posting the indictment: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/georgia-court-admits-mishap-fictitious-trump-indictment-i-am-human
I don't know how I forgot this but it's still possible there will be another indictment on the documents case. I will sell my shares and wait until it looks like another indictment isn't coming.

@JonathanRay Were over a year and a half away from the election. Do you think that politicians should only be charged one year out of four or something?
@SebastianWorms And supreme court justices can only be impeached once every 220 years. So, one more year to go!
At 78 now according to this article:

New superseding indictment (see page 55 for penalty sheet with indictments against Trump): Counts 33-38, 40-41 are new (8 new today) against Trump. There are now 40 for the documents case alone.
Edit: Jan. 6 indictment doesn't have "charges," only counts

Edit: When there is a penalty sheet there should eventually be many charges from this one indictment, right?
The trial with Judge Cannon has not been going well thus far, so I am expecting more indictments to resolve this YES.
