@BTE Will it resolve as YES if there's no update regarding whether he's alive or dead by EOY 2024 or will it be extended/resolve as N/A?

I believe this is a valid question to raise, will this be resolving at the end of 2024? Because if he does die but just it isn't announced it may be delaying into 2025 despite the actual death occurring in 2024.

Is it possible to delay the resolution by say 3 months if he does survive the latest attempt on his life and there's another one close to the end of the year and there's uncertainty regarding his death?
