This market was presumably created when McConnell had frozen up in front of cameras https://www.politico.com/news/2023/09/12/mitch-mcconnell-freezes-health-senate-job-00114686, and prompting health concerns. McConnell falling is not another "episode" like this. But if the spirit of the market is about "incident prompting concerns about age", this might count. flagging it here as it's a BTE question

“Episode” being defined as? Only freezing? What if he has other, more subtle issues - e.g. slurring words?
