Scott Galloway has argued several times in the last few months on his Pivot podcast that AWS is worth more than the entire company as a standalone business and predicts a spin off. Most recent version of the prediction was paired with Jeff Bezos coming back to run Amazon when Andy Jaffy goes back to run his baby AWS.
