@BTE Can you define the words "Zionist" and "racist"?

I’d argue any ideology calling for an ethnostate is racist, as to build/maintain an ethnostate one must, at minimum / at “best” enforce apartheid, and at worst commit genocide. The minimum condition (and anything more) satisfies both of the common definitions of racism (prejudice on the basis of race/ethnicity, or the combination of prejudice and power).

@weissz Contra your point most if not all of the nations in the world are effectively ethnostates (due to having one or two dominant ethnic groups within their borders), but none of them are "racist" merely by virtue of being de facto ethnostates. Rather, it is the act of intentionally harming minority ethnic groups that makes something racist.

@duck_master The operative word(s) above are “build/maintain”. For something to be primarily composed of one ethnic group by chance / historical continuity is one thing, it is another to intentionally settle and colonize (and in doing so, displace those of other ethnicities) with the explicit intention of creating an ethnostate, which I posit is a central tenet of Zionism.

@weissz Israel is a democracy where Arabs vote, it's not an ethnostate like Liberia.

Zionism is, being Jewish is not. Though Hamas is a racist organization when declaring for the eradication of all Jews in Israel.
