Israel is much wealthier than Ukraine is

Russia is a threat to stability in the US and the world. Hamas is not.

@CivilizedGuy I would say that Hamas is a far smaller threat than Russia, not no threat, but that is nitpicking.

The main reason I would prioritise Ukraine over Israel is that Ukraine will loose if it gets no aid and Israel will probably still win.
