This shall resolve YES if RFK Jr. is on the ballot for the general election for the 2024 Presidential election in Texas.
@nikki @shankypanky The news stories I see are all listing Texas as officially confirmed. For example: Here's Where RFK Jr. Is On The Presidential Ballot (forbes.com).
@TimothyJohnson5c16 no official confirmation yet on the Wikipedia map. Just awaiting certification.
Any official confirmation from a Texas state source shall resolve as YES.

“Independent candidates for President file an application with the Secretary of State. The application must be submitted with a petition, and both documents must be filed no later than May 13, 2024. The petition can be circulated beginning after March 5, 2024. For 2024, the petition must contain 113,151 signatures of registered voters who did not vote in the presidential primary of either party.”
Running For President in Texas
I know RFK Jr. has some wealthy backers, but that’s a lot of signatures from Texans who didn’t vote D or R in 2020. And there’s even more criteria than this.
Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has officially met the requirements to appear on his first 2024 presidential election ballot.
According to election officials in Utah, Kennedy met the 1,000-signature requirement to appear on the state's general election ballot well before the March 5 deadline, and once he files as a candidate, will be included.
He finally got 1k signatures in his first state. No way he reaches 113k in Texas of just independents
