@stochasticcockatoo what is a "driftless county". is it by number of counties, or by total votes?

Can you list which counties are in the Driftless Area?
What happens if a Democratic candidate wins or loses some of the area? Will this resolve to a percentage, or YES/NO based on a majority?

@Athena just look them up in teh link, tehre are multiple links on this. Also i'll allow admin to resolve this

@stochasticcockatoo The specific definition absolutely matters a ton, so you can't just hand wave it. The map contains half of Dane County. Include all of Dane County and the area voted for Biden 61-38%. Remove Dane County and Biden lost by 2.1%. Approximate the specific part of Dane County and, well, who knows. The county list on Wikipedia and map also differ in e.g. Dunn County. Either way this market is nonresolvable without specific conditions.
